Processing/Delivery Times

Processing times is 3-4 business days before an item ships (this does not include weekends and holidays). During the holiday season, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. USPS delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed for first class standard shipping and priority shipping. USPS Express is the only shipping method that is guaranteed. Upgrade shipping options at checkout does not change the processing time. If you need something by a certain date, please message me before making your purchase.

Wrong Shipping Address

Shipping labels are automatically printed through WooCommerce, with the address you input during your checkout process. Because of this, I am not responsible for items that are delivered to a wrong address or not delivered at all. Please make sure you correctly input the address you need your items shipped to.

Should the package be returned by the USPS, I will notify you and you can purchase a new shipping label so I can resend your items.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers outside of the US may have to pay customs, import taxes, or duty but it is NOT our responsibility to pay it for you. We put an honest value on the customs forms, and it is up to you to pay it if it is assessed. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns/Exchanges

I gladly accept returns or exchanges:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  • Ship items back within 14 days of receipt in original condition.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I will gladly accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

US Buyers:

Once an item is shipped from our store, we will email you a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items when the tracking shows the item has been delivered. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let us know.

International Buyers:

Our international rate prices are flat rate. They include packaging and handling fees. Items are shipped USPS First Class with average estimated delivery of 10 business days after your item has shipped. Sometimes delivery can take up to 4-5 weeks due to various country regulations.

Occasionally, when shipping items internationally, an item will get flagged by the receiving country’s Customs Department. I have no control over this, and I am not responsible for extra charges incurred due to such flagging. This is the responsibility of the buyer. Price advertised in my shop DOES NOT include duty or VAT. If charges are incurred, you will be expected to pay this once the shipment arrives.

I strive to design and create high quality items that will arrive to you quickly after your order is placed and last.

If I mistakenly overlooked a defect or there’s a problem with your order, please contact me promptly.

Sizing Details

Each item listed in the shop should have detailed sizing information with a photo of the size charts.

If you need a size not readily available, please contact me and I will try and accommodate you for the size you need.

Please note that since each item is made to order, returns or exchanges will not be offered due to a sizing mistake. (Unless of course I made the mistake.) I ask that you carefully read the size chart and recommend that you size up if you are not sure which size is best.

I do offer gift wrapping for all items in store for a nominal fee.
